problems of opening e-mails from my Hotmail account

Dear Sir,

I have a question about getting e-mails from my Hotmial account.
Please advise what's the problem and how I can solve it.

When I go to the Hotmail websit and try to go into my Hotmail account.
I find there are incoming messages. However, when I try to click on
the messages, it does NOT allow me to open any messages when I click
on ¡¥Mail' or Inbox. This has just started happening very recently
and is very, very frustrating as I need access to my Hotmail account
on a frequent basis. Please advise me pf what the problem could be
and how it could be fixed.

Hello Fergus,
I think this could be caused by a parasite installed in your PC and sometimes the faster way to solve this issues is to format and reinstall the OS

First, clean the temporary and cache files and try doing a scan with:
1. CWS.SmartKiller http://www.safer-networking.org/files/delcwssk.zip
2. CWShredder http://www.intermute.com/spysubtrac...nload.html
3. Ad-Aware: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/spanish/...download/,
4. Spybot S&D http://www.safer-networking.org/ind...ge=mirrors

(also, you can try with the beta of the Microsoft Antispyware: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...layLang=en)
