¿Se puede saber si un adjunto es maligno o no?

Hola a todos:
Acabo de recibir un email con un archivo adjuntom de MS Microsoft -ya sé que
Microsoft no envía email- pero he ido a propiedades y he leído el texto y os
lo copio porque a simple vista parece como... bastante legal.
Me podeis decir cómo puedo identificar si el adjunto es nocivo o no,
ejemplo, yo hasta ahora recibo muchos con adjuntos .pif pero este son sé
distinguirlo.

Es decir, Microsoft tiene tu dirección de correo y te envía mensajes de
soporte en inglés porque, no sé, ¿has adquirido legalmente una licencia de
Windows en inglés?

Microsoft *nunca* envía mensajes con datos adjuntos.

Sí estas suscrito a alguna lista de correo puede que algún mensaje incluya
enlaces para descargar de la Web de MS

Así que ya sabes... nocivo pero que muy nocivo
