Server Application Unavailable

Obtengo este error cuando intento acceder a alguna de mis aplicaciones
ASP.NET (Win2003, IIS 6, NET 1.1 y 2.0):

It is not possible to run two different versions of ASP.NET in the same
IIS process. Please use the IIS Administration Tool to reconfigure your
server to run the application in a separate process.

El visor de sistema reporta lo siguiente:

Hasta aca todo claro... pero... como hago para correrlo en procesos
diferentes? =S
