Tengo un sbs 2003 Premiun le instale sp1

uso ISA server 2000 y antes de instalar sp1 de w2003 server me
funcionaba bien todo.
El filtro se encuentra activo

Prueba lo siguiente.
Considerando que tienes ISA2000, abre la MMC de ENRUTAMIENTO Y ACCESO
REMOTO.
Deshabilita la misma.
Abre la MMC de adminitración de ISA SERVER.
Busca en el panel izquierdo la rama CONFIGURACION DE RED.
Seleccionala con el botón derecho y en el menún contextual selecciona
"Permitir clientes para la VPN".
Sigue el asistente y finalizalo, esto volverá a configurar e iniciar el
servicio de VPN.

Pruébalo y cuéntanos como te fue.

Rafael ya encotre el problema el filtro de rpc no es compatible en isa
2000 /2004
