In the menu, View, Toolbar you must see the name of the unwanted toolbar.
If you could write in spanis it would be easier to us to help you, there are

Often these programs have the option to remove them using the add/remove
applet in the Control Panel.

Also, you can use programs like Ad-Aware to scan and remove the toolbar.
What is the name of the toolbar?

Lastly, I would say that this a spanish forum not a Spanish forum, subtle
difference. :)

Please, follow the suggestions given by the others fellows and, also, we suggest you to update your operative system, antivirus and antiadware software, then restart your PC in "safe mode" and run the antivirus and adware type scanning.

It uses programs antispyware to remove that toolbars:

- SpywareBlaster, http://www.vsantivirus.com/spywareblaster.htm.
- Ad-aware, www.lavasoftusa.com
- CWShredder, http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/junk/CWShredder.exe
- SpyBot Search and Destroy, http://www.safer-networking.org/ind...e=spybotsd

(It is not necessary that you install them all). It upgrades the programs first with the last
reference file through Internet. You can to also use the tool ToolbarCop to eliminate that bar:

Hi vladis:

First and foremost, install CWShredder 2.0 it removes
CoolWebSearch trojan hijackers, some of them show
up as IE toolbars. Run it in Safe Mode if it doesn't remove
it in normal mode. If you have no luck with CWShredder 2.0,
do everything Enrique [MVP] tells you and if after following
all his instructions you still have not succeeded, remove the
hijacker from the registry as follows:

Registry edition to remove hijackers, spyware and trojans:
Start\Runegedit.msc\
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
should only have the predetermined alfanumeric value
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run-
should only have the predetermined alfanumeric value

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Run should have the predetermined alfanumeric value and a few other alfa
numeric values set there by the antivirus.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Run- should only have the predetermined alfanumeric value.

Unless you have installed program(s) that are set to run at startup,
which would show up here, any other values in any of the four keys
should be considered as malicious and should be deleted, it's
very likely the hijacker will show up here.

To avoid unforseen problems, you should allways, when deleting
someting from the registry, backup the appropriate key for later
restorarion if necesary. To backup the key right click on Run or Run-
and select Export, and save to. To restore the key double click the
.reg file and confirm restoration.
If you confirm that you have deleted the parasite from the registry, go and
delete the backed up .reg file.
