Windows Journal Viewer

Vereis,cada vez que abro un archivo PDF(tengo Adobe Reader
6.0) desde una cuenta limitada,me aparece una ventana de
Microsoft Windows Journal Viewer que dice: The feature you
are trying to use is on a network resource that is
unavailable.
Click OK to try again,or choose an alternate path to a
folder containing the installation package "Microsoft
Windows Journal Viewer.msi" in the box below.
Use source:
C:\DOCUME 1oot\CONFIG 1\Temp\IXP000.TMP
Si le doy a cancelar aparece:"An installation package for
the product Microsoft Windows Journal Viewer cannot be
found.Try the installation again using a valid copy of the
installation package "Microsoft Windows Journal Viewer.msi"

Si le doy a OK intenta instalarlo pero sale este otro
mensaje:

The path "C:\DOCUME 1oot\CONFIG 1\Temp..." cannot be
found.Verify that you have access to this location and try
again,or try to find the installation package" Microsoft
Windows Journal Viewer.msi" in a folder fron which you can
install the product Microsoft Windows Journal Viewer.

Sólo puedo cerrar la aplicación desde el administrador de
tarea matando el proceso.

Por favor ,como puedo solucionarlo.
¿Porque no ocurre desde una cuenta de administrador?
