Windows Malicious Software Removal

But.. about of you issue...
Try in "safe mode " in start press F8 key and in the menu select "Safe
Mode"...

acceder desde este modo al directorio creado por el Windows Malicious
Software Removal sigo sin poder copiar ni abrir mis archivos porque me dice:
Acceso denegado.
Gracias. Por favor dime si puedo hacer algo más. Eres muy amable.
