Terminal services Server

Hi!!!

I have a terminal services server which hold 100 licenses, that licenses are
used by thin clients, however, now I need that another server has the
ability to accept more than 2 clients at the same time.

The questions are:

1.- Can I share those 100 licenses with the 2 servers (a = old sever b= new
server)

2.- How can I tell the new server that the licenses are at server a (old)

3.- If I have another 100 licenses how do I install on the new server a
terminal services license server? Since I open the terminal services
licensing and I keep seeing server a (old)

Thanx a lot
