Weird problem with track changes feature (Word 2002)

Hello,

On my computer I'm experiencing a weird problem. The problem has to do with
the 'track changes' feature of my MS Word 2002. I'm working with a Word 2002
document where the content (text) needs to be changed. The document has
several pages (more than 20 pages). I've been editing it and has a lot of
changes to be done by the author of the file. I usually edit files, but need
to send the changes to my counter part (the owner of the file) so he/she can
accept or reject them.

Until here, everything seem to be normal but once in while I've been
experiencing an strange 'behavior' of the program (Word 2002). Whenever I
have a long document that has a lot of changes per page, when I'm scrolling
down the document suddenly the view of the document changes from 'print view
mode' to 'normal view' (but this without selecting it).

I've checked the computer for virus/trojans but it has not find anything.
Should I need to reinstall the program or is there any know patch that might
solve this problem?

By the way, I've tried this same file in different computers and the problem
that I just mentioned does not appear.

I'll will greatly appreciate any help or clue given.
