DCDIAG -errores

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hola a todos:
Ambiente WIndows 2003 server R2
Tengo dos controladores principales (DC1WN69 Y DC1WN63) donde estan todos
los roles y uno de Contingencia (DCSVR25) sin roles solo global catalog , EN
ESTE ULTIMO al ejecutar la herramienta de diagnostico DCDIAG me muestra estos
errores para los test de Netlogons y Advertising:

Starting test: NetLogons
Unable to connect to the NETLOGON share! (\\DCSVR25etlogon)
[DCSVR25] An net use or LsaPolicy operation failed with error 1203, No
rk provider accepted the given network path..
. DCSVR25 failed test NetLogons
Starting test: Advertising
Warning: DsGetDcName returned information for \\DC1WN63.superfinanciera
when we were trying to reach DCSVR25.
Server is not responding or is not considered suitable.
. DCSVR25 failed test Advertising

La replicacion al revisarla por replmon esta bien
Alguien sabe Que significan estos errores y como puedo corregirlos???

pásanos el dcdiag y netdiag enteros de ese servidor si puedes
