Error 31

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hola a todos , al abrir el Outlook 2002 en windows xp sp1 se produce el
error :error 31: "uno de los dispositivos vinculados al sistema no funciona"
, el modem instalado es un motorola interno con el driver certificado para
windows xp.

Después de varios intentos funciona correctamente.

Error #31
If you receive this error it means that the RealAudio Player or RealPlayer
was unable to initialize the computer's TCP/IP networking. Possible reasons
for this occuring include if TCP/IP is not installed, if TCP/IP is
misconfigured, or if TCP/IP is broken for some other reason.
