Error al iniciar WinXp

Hola a todos les mando un coordial saludo

mi problema es el siguiente:

AL momento de prender mi lap-top me sale el siguiente error:

eso es mas omenos el error que me aparece ya hice todo lo que dice ahi
pero
no cambia, si alguien conoce una forma de solucionar mi problema se los
voy a
agradecer muchisimo
