error Browse - LicenseService

Hola a todos los que haces posible este foro.
Tengo un servidor miembro de dominio con Windows 2000 y el DC Primario es
Windows 2003
Desde hace tiempo me esta arrojando error y advertencia de BROWSE.
Este servidor 2000 tiene dos tarjeta de red ya que sobre el corre un ISA
2000
En mi red no tengo un server WINS.

No se si el Firewall del ISA me esta bloqueando algun puerto que no
permita
comunicar con el DC principal. Pues a este mensaje 8021 se suma tambien
uno
de Advertencia del evento 213.
