Mensaje al entrar a Windows Update

Hola espero alguien me pueda ayudar con la siguiente
duda..tengo un Win NT 4.0 SP6 y al ir al sitio de windows
update y entrar al vinculo de actualizacion de productos
me muestra el siguiente mensaje, debo reemplazar el
archivo??

Target C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\WUV3IS.DLL

Overwrite the english (United States) file with the
spanish (modem Sort) one?
