Mensaje raro en instalacion de Win XP Pro

Buenas foro... recientemente he comprado un nuevo pc. Las caracteristicas
son:

Motherboard ASUS A7N8x Deluxe - Microprocesador AMD Athlon XP 2800+ Barton
con bus de 333 mhz - Memoria DDR 512 400 mhz Kingston - Placa de Video Asus
V9560 Video Suite FX 5600 con 128 MB - Disco Rigido Maxtor SATA 120 GB - DVD
Sony 16x - Grabadora Sony 52X - Lectora - LG 52x

Bien.. emocionado, procedi a instalar mi Win xp en el momento en que
la instalacion reconocia los dispositivos, salto un mensaje extremadamente
raro a continuacion, copio dicho error

Espero con ansias vuestra respuestas... ya que si no puedo instalar win xp
