msn no funciona

Has removido Windows Messenger que nada tiene que ver con MSN Messenger.
Windows Messenger esta estrechamente relacionado con el SO, no debe
eliminarse con ese procedimiento, es mas limpio utilizar la herramienta
"Configurar Accesos y Programas Predeterminados", ademas no es necesario
desinstalar Wimdows Messenger para instalar MSN Messenger.
Intenta reinstalar Windows Messenger 9version en español)
