no me funciona el buscar fichero en xp

Ayer, JM Tella Llop [MVP] puso esto que te pego debajo y
nos lo solucionó por lo menos a meida docena de personas.
Prueba.

Depende de en donde no te funcione, en carpetas o en el
inicio, hay dos problemas contrastados con el Zone Alarm y
el "buscar".

1) En el Firewall > advanced >check "disable mouse and
keyboard protection" y si esto no lo soluciona:

2) CAUTION: All customizations in ZoneAlarm will be lost

From the Overview Preferences tab and turn off the auto-
start.

Reboot Windows into safe mode.
Open the folder named Internet Logs (do a file/folder
search).
Delete everything in that folder and empty the Recycle
Bin.
Restart Windows normally
Restart ZoneAlarm manually and re-enable the Autostart.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: I could repro the problem with the latest
version of EZ Firewall (powered by ZoneAlarm). Windows
Explorer just tries to the local PC IP address
(127.0.0.1:port xxxx) or (0.0.0.0:port xxxx). Therefore,
rather than allowing Windows Explorer global access to the
Internet, you may wish to add the local PC IP address, DNS
address(es) and any other 'trusted' addresses to
the "TRUSTED" zone and allow Windows Explorer access to
the TRUSTED zones only. You may add 0.0.0.0 and 127.0.0.1
to the Trusted Zone and allow Windows Explorer access only
to Trusted zone, but not the Internet Zone.


Comentanos si alguna de las dos te lo soluciona.

lo uso pocas o casi ninguna vez y por tanto no se desde
cuando pasa, pero lo he probado un par de dias y no me
funciona. aunque no es importante como para quitarme el
sueño, ¿se puede arreglar?
