¿Has probado cambiando el nombre del directorio CatRoot2??

Eso sí, mejor que cambies el nombre del directorio, que está en
\Windows\System32\

Ya, una vez cambiado. Reinicia tu ordenador, y prueba a instalar lo que
quieras del WindowsUpdate.
