No puedo realizar VPN

hola a todos ... tengo un problema tengo un server con win2003 server SBS
standard edition ...no tengo ISA server y nesecito hacer una VPN entre un
equipo que esta en la casa de un jefe al servidor... el problema es que en
los informes de servidor me dice que el servicio remoteaccess esta detenido
pero yo miro y no lo esta .. sin embargo lo reinicio y saca error ... y al
utilizar el wizard para configuracion de enrutamiento y acceso remoto saca
error y el log me muestra el siguiente contenido: en la parte final hay
errores pero no entiendo que debo hacer???? es muy urgente gracias
