If the judges ruling is in favor of the state of Tennessee. State
residents will be able to apply for vouchers from this settlement
worth $5-$10 to buy computer related products.

Tennessee Microsoft customers could be in for minor a treat if a
Microsoft antitrust settlement is approved by a Nashville judge. The
settlement will share out $64 million worth of vouchers to residents
who have bought Microsoft products between 1994 and 2002.

If the settlement is approved consumers will be able to apply for
vouchers worth $5-10 to buy computers and computer-related items.
Unclaimed coupons will, if it goes ahead, be given to public schools
in the state to fund internet access and software. The state's
Department of Education would get half of the value of the unclaimed
vouchers, which could be anything up to $32 million dollars, if no one
claimed coupons.
