attrib -shr c:\NTLDR
del c:\NTLDR
El arranque irá más rápido ¿Es cierto?

El arranque de tu equipo no lo sé, pero tu grado de estupidez aumentará
vertiginosamente, pruebalo (si la intelegencia te da para ello) y ya nos
cuentas.
