Problem-Restart windows

I am almost sure that you have a problen with your USB or Graphic Adapter
drivers, then when you conect an USB device to the computer it crash, also
you may have a bad graphic card driver then when you do the graphic card to
work hard, it fail in complete a drawing operation and the computer restarts.
Find in www.windowsupdate.com or in the web page of your USB and Graphic card
providers the last compatible drivers that are certificied for Windows XP. if
you dont find them, also can look in this page www.driverguide.com, it is
important that you know the model of your hardware components in order to
find the apropiate driver, you cansee your hardware components doing the
following: right click with your mouse on 'Mi pc' icon, select properties,
select hardware, and open device manager, now a window is opened with a
complete list of your hardware components by class of component, pay atention
to the model of your VGA video card and your USB chip in system components.

I have a problem in my windows XP (Service pack 1 & 2).

When i try to do one of the following operation , my system being restart

1)When i try to capture video from a Satellite Reciever or any other
