problemas de instalacion de programas

feliz año nuevo. Mi problema es k no puedo instalar nada. Me sale en la
pantalla error en c:/windows\system32\autoexec.nt. Y el autoexec no lo
tngoen
el sistema. Sabeis como puedo volverlo a tenr. Muxas graciaqs

Intenta lo siguiente:
Inicio>Ejecutar y teclea esto sin comillas:
"cmd /c copy /y %windir%epair\autoexec.nt %windir%\system32"
