Ayuda, no puedo borrar carpetas ni renombrarlas ni moverlas

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hola: Resulta que en windows XP me ocurre que no me deja borrar carpetas ni
moverlas ni renombrarlas que ademas ya estan vacias.
Me he bajado una pequeña aplicación (WhoLockMe) que me indica que programa
esta usando esa carpeta y resulta que es explorer.exe el que aparece
vinculado
Bueno esta pequeña aplicación tambien me permite matar (kill) el proceso que
usa la carpeta. Por lo tanto si lo hago, posteriormente puedo eliminar la
carpeta. Pero esto no es lo normal.

Hola Daniel. He hecho pruebas con otro progrma, por ejemplo corel photopaint
y ocurre lo mismo, al rato de trabajar con archivo. La carpeta en que esta
contenido dicho archivo queda bloqueada aunque borre el archivo.

Desde Process Explorer ve al menú View, Lower Panel View y marca la opción DLLs. Marca el proceso Explorer.exe y, desde el Explorador de Windows, abre la carpeta que no puedes eliminar. Sitúate de nuevo en Process Explorer, pulsa File, Save As y guarda el fichero de texto que se creará. Accede a dicho fichero (por defecto está en la carpeta de Process Explorer que has extraído tras descargarlo) y cópialo y pégalo aquí.

En principio no parece que haya nada extraño. Si comentas que te ocurre cuando abres archivos de AutoCAD, prueba a desinstalar temporalmente AutoCAD y comprueba si se reproduce el problema.

Adicionalmente revisa el contenido de las siguientes claves del Registro:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\sh­ellex
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell­ex

Desde Process Explorer ve al menú View, Lower Panel View y marca la opción DLLs. Marca el proceso Explorer.exe y, desde el Explorador de Windows, abre la carpeta que no puedes eliminar. Sitúate de nuevo en Process Explorer, pulsa File, Save As y guarda el fichero de texto que se creará. Accede a dicho fichero (por defecto está en la carpeta de Process Explorer que has extraído tras descargarlo) y cópialo y pégalo aquí.
