- En Inicio + Ejecutar... escribe GPEDIT.MSC
.- En Configuración de usuario + Plantillas administrativas + Escritorio,
activa el registro: "Quitar del escritorio el icono de
papelera de reciclaje"

How to Remove the Recycle Bin

The default installation of XP boasts a "clean" desktop - there are no icons
present except the Recycle Bin. For those extreme minimalists who like the
look of a completely empty desktop and want to put the trash can out of
sight, there's a way to do it by editing the registry. Here's how:

1.. Click Start | Run and type regedit to open the registry editor.
2.. Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY LOCAL
MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace
\.
3.. Find the value {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} and delete it.
