una mala configuración DNS y que sus registros SRV no están registrados en
el DNS

lo que sigue del test esta todo bien, pero es en esta parte que no logro
entender, porque dice que el DNS no esta resolviendo la IP local, si
reviso mi configuracion de DNS, y pareciera que esta todo bien, mi sitio
web funciona bien, solo que no recibo correos. donde está el problema?
si alguien le ha pasado o sabe como correguir este problema le ruego me
ayude a solucionarlo...

ok, lo dicho socio, la configuración DNS la tienes errónea

Un DC debe cumplir esto -igual que todo equipo de un dominio-

Por tanto, quita esa segunda IP pública, configura en el DNS que use como
forwarder dicha IP, y luego ha un ipconfig /registerdns y reinicia el
servicio de netlogon (sólo el servicio, no el servidor), luego pasa de nuevo
el netdiag y dcdiag

Hola Javier, bueno hice lo que me indicas, pero aun persisten los errores en
el report del DCDiag, NetDiag, a pesar que ejecute el IPconfig /flushes,
para limpiar registros y despues vovi a registrara los dns, y nada, de
seguro es la configuracion del DNS, pero no logro saber donde esta el error.
si necesitas mas informacion, te la envio, para ver si me puedes hechar una
mano mas con este kilombo, te lo agradezco, siceramente..

Por tanto, quita esa segunda IP pública, configura en el DNS que use como
forwarder dicha IP, y luego ha un ipconfig /registerdns y reinicia el
servicio de netlogon (sólo el servicio, no el servidor), luego pasa de
nuevo el netdiag y dcdiag
