Mira si en el AD también en la OU de Domain Controllers y en AD sites and
services aparece alguna cuenta de equipo de un DC que no te suene

Bueno, para empezar, ahí van los resultados de mis investigaciones:

1) Tenías razón, en "Sitios y servicios de AD" en la carpeta servers me
aparece un equipo con un nombre que no es el correcto (no me pregunteis de
dónde ha salido porque no lo se). Mi equipo se llama "sevilla" y dominio
"midominio.local" y aquí en la carpeta Servers viene como CFC-NR5J8V2B4GL con
el mismo dominio (si sirve de algo las iniciales CFC son de la empresa, así
que imagino sería el primer nombre que le pusieron al equipo y que nadie ha
quitado). Si miro en propiedades (sobre ese equipo CFC-NR5J8V2B4GL) en la
pestaña servidor me aparece abajo como equipo "sevilla" y dominio
"midominio.local", pero en la pestaña objeto me aparece lo siguiente:
nombre de dominio completo del objeto
midominio.local/Configuration/Sites/Nombre-predeterminado-primer-sitio/Servers/CFC-NR5J8V2B4GL

2) Ejecuté el ipconfig/ registedns y reinicié el servicio NETLOGON, después
de 15 minutos. Este es el resultado del NETDIAG y DCDIAG:
