Error 0x80070005

Na... no hay forma. tengo todos los derechos y soy propietario. He probado a
dar permiso total a todos y sigue igual.

Es que es un problema de permisos. A lo mejor es con el registro.
Descárgate "Regmon" de aquí:

http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Regmon.html

y córrelo y acude a Windows Update. Mira a ver si sobre alguna clave (te
van a salir muchas), te sale "Access Denied".

Inicio / panel de control / servicios,

busca el servicios de actualizaciones automáticas y ves a su pestaña
"iniciar sesión", revisa si está seleccionada la "cuenta local del
sistema" y está tildada la opción "permitir a los servicio que
interactuen con el escritorio".
Repite ese mismo procedimiento para el servicio de transferencia
inteligente en segundo plano, trata a continuación de iniciar y parar
los servicios manualmente, y revisa si te da fallos y en caso de que
falle dinos el mensaje de error que te da.

Los servicios no tenian marcados el interactuar con esdritorio. Los tilde y
reinicie ambos servicios. Intento descargar de la pagina de windows update y
me aparece un error de acceso. El error es el siguiente:

Inicio / panel de control / servicios,

busca el servicios de actualizaciones automáticas y ves a su pestaña
"iniciar sesión", revisa si está seleccionada la "cuenta local del
sistema" y está tildada la opción "permitir a los servicio que
interactuen con el escritorio".
Repite ese mismo procedimiento para el servicio de transferencia
inteligente en segundo plano, trata a continuación de iniciar y parar
los servicios manualmente, y revisa si te da fallos y en caso de que
falle dinos el mensaje de error que te da.
