Error al añadir usuario dominio a Administradores locales de ser vi

Te dice que es un 2000 porque las Support Tools instaladas no son las
correctas o que se corresponden con elsistema; instala las de 2003 a nivel
del SP que lleve y prueba de nuevo

Y ocmo has podido ver por el resultado del netdiag, el problema es de esee
adaptador, que dudo que sea un adaptador de gestión de red que tenga que
estar activo cuando siquiera está configurado, por lo que déjalo
deshabilitado

El adaptador Jnet es poque esas maquinas Sun llevan un puerto de gestión

ese adaptador qué es?? Si no se usa, no basta con dejarlo sin configurar,
si
no que lo debes dejar desactivado, y en el orden de preferencias de los
adaptadores de red (en el panel de conexión de red, menú opciones
avanzadas-->configuración avanzada) aparezca primero el adaptador activo

Tras ello, haz en el DC un ipconfig /registerdns, reinicia el servicio de
netlogon, y verifica el resultado del dcdiag y netdiag de nuevo
