Error en el servidor de certificados

Hola buenas cada vez que intento solicitar un certificado en el servidor de
certificiados me pone el siguiente mensaje:
Error


Your request failed. An error occurred while the server was processing your
request.

Contact your administrator for further assistance.



Failed to create 'CertificateAuthority.Request' object.

En el visor de suscesos me da este error;
Error: The Template Persistent Cache initialization failed for Application
Pool 'DefaultAppPool' because of the following error: Could not create a
Disk Cache Sub-directory for the Application Pool. The data may have
additional error codes..
