Wceusbsh.sys (Windows CE USB Serial Host) que dispositivos USB tienes
conectados al sistema?, revisa sus controladores, o mejor aun...
desinstalalos e intenta de nuevo. (desconecta también los dispositivos
que tuvieras)

... Lo malo de ser puntual es que nunca hay nadie para apreciarlo.

Ok mañana revisaré a ver los controladores USB, puede ser porque tengo
conectado el active sinc de una agenda hp y un blackberry, gracias por todo y
mañana os contaré novedades sobre mis andanzas con el SP2 de Xp.
