error de replicacion

El DNS (linux) es el mismo que utilizan el resto de los controladores de
dominio, he ejecutado netdiag en otro controlador y ese fallo tambien aparece
en él, pero sin embargo no tiene ningun problema con la replicacion.

el problema q no aparece en el netdiag ejecutado en el otro DC es el
siguiente:

Domain membership test . . . . . . : Failed
[WARNING] Ths system volume has not been completely replicated to the
local machine. This machine is not working properly as a DC.

A qué DNS apunta ese DC??

Debe ser a sí mismo o a un DNS que sea compatible y esté preparado para AD.

Revisa que apunte a uno correcto, haz un ipconfig /all y reinicia el
servicio netlogon; después de unos 15 minutos vuelve a pasarlo

tienes un problema, ese linux qué versión de DNS usa?? Es compatible con los
registros SRV necesarios para AD??

Se recomienda usar el servicio DNS de MS y ya si es preciso hacer forwarder
al linux precisamente por dicha compatiblidad; hasta que no verifiques y
solventes eso, no tendrás un AD que funcione.
