Error en Windows 2003: Netlogon 5719

Hola a todos
En una red con servidores W2000 hemos añadido un nuevo servidor con W2003.
Al iniciarse da el siguiente error:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: NETLOGON
Event Category: None
Event ID: 5719

Description:
This computer was not able to set up a secure session with a domain
controller in domain EJEMPLO due to the following:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon
request.
This may lead to authentication problems. Make sure that this computer is
connected to the network. If the problem persists, please contact your
domain administrator.

ADDITIONAL INFO
If this computer is a domain controller for the specified domain, it sets
up the secure session to the primary domain controller emulator in the
specified domain. Otherwise, this computer sets up the secure session to
any domain controller in the specified domain.

Por más que hemos buscado no encontramos la forma de solucionarlo. Tampoco
sabemos si es importante, porque luego la máquina ve perfectamente a todas
las demas y al reves.

Si alguien puede decirme algo ...

el nombre de dominio es un nombre FQDN o es simple??

Es decir, el nombre de dominio es sólo "ejemplo" o "ejemplo.algo" por
ejemplo (y valga la redundancia ;-).

Si es simple, mírate ésto:

Ya había revisado las 2. He aplicado algo de la página de eventid pero
tampoco consigo cargarme el error.

Da la impresión de que sea un problema de DNS, por lo que he podido leer.
Que realiza el NEtlogon antes de que se haya levantado el DNS client y por
eso no ve el dominio.

Ah! Y en el error pone que no se puede conectar al dominio "EJEMPLO" pero
sin embargo el dominio es "EJEMPLO.es". Como si no lo reconociera bien.
