He bajado el programa y lo he ejecutado, pero vuelvo a mirar en el registro
y continua el dichoso archivo

Hola Alezito:
He bajado el programa y me ha salido una lista de programas y he marcado el
archivo "PtiuPbmd" del registro. Me ha creado un backup del mismo al
eliminarlo y ha desaparecido ya del registro.
¿Elimino dicho backup?

Aunque al parecer solucionaste tu problema, lo que tenias que haber hecho
con CWShredder es darle a la opcion "FIX", cierras tu IE y das a aceptar.
