¿Pero que dice exactamente el error? ¿Algún numero o modulo que haga
referencia? Cuando sucede el error y te vas al visor de imágenes
(inicio/ejecutar/eventvwr.msc) encuentras algo relacionado con Word

Dice simplemente ERROR DE INSTALACION, lo de WORD lo he puesto por que no
sabía donde relacionarlo. Olvídate de lo de WORD, simplemente que no me deja
instalar ni de una manera ni de otra.¿ Es necesario instalarlo?.Saludos.
