¿Internet Explorer usa puertos UDP en "escucha"?

Pues eso, que me he fijado que al abrir IE,
veo que usa un puerto UDP.
Creo recordar que antes no era así.
Ahora mismo, con 2 ejecutándose, están en
escucha el 3080 y 3082 UDP.

Los TCP son IP 0.0.0.0

De los TCP aparecen varios 32xx
Ahora por ej estoy en http://www.adslayuda.com/

En IP-tool me pone Local Adress: 127.0.0.1 y en Remote Adress : 0.0.0.0
En cambio tcpview, no me pone la Remote Adress (*:*) ni pone "LISTENING"
En los TCP ambas Adress son 0.0.0.0

(de todas maneras. a mi no me abre el IE nada raro. pero tengo el SP2 y no se si tendrá que ver, deberia confirmarnoslo alguein mas)
