mensaje de error

Al intentar abir el juego de age of empires II, me sale el siguiente error:

*An unhandled win32 exception occurred in empires2.exe [2920]. Just-in-time
debbugging this exception failed with the following error: No installed
debbugger has just in tiem debbugging enabled. In visual studio, just in time
debbugging can be enabled from tools/options/debbugging/just in time. *

Con esta informacion no se que tengo que hacer para depurar el problema, no
soy un entendido de la informatica, me gustaria que me echaseis una mano con
mi problema.

Qué sistema operativo usas... ¿windows 2003? ¿Ese sistema tiene
instaladas herramientas de desarrollador como visual studio o similares?
¿has intentado reinstalar el juego?
