METER TEXTO EN LA BARRA DE TAREAS

Texto de forma directa no puedes meter, simplemente se puede mostrar un
determinado icono, como hacen todas las aplicaciones.
Si con esto te sirve debes utililizar la clase
System.Windows.Forms.NotifyIcon.

Lo que si puedes es pintar por código el icono mostrado. Podrás hacer un
DrawString para mostrar texto en él, aunque estará muy limitado por el
tamaño de un icono.
