Need some help in C# !

I want to use picturebox control to partly display a image file on a
dialogue with C#. I don't know how to display any part of the image by
changing the picturebox property.
Anybody can give me some help.

this.pictureBox1.image=System.Drawing.Bitmap.FromFile(@"uteame.jpg");
