Por si os sucede alguna vez.

He creado un CD de W2K3 R2 con SP2 integrado, pero no deja actualizar a R2
si no se modifica un parametro en el CD2. El error que sale es:

Windows Server 2003 R2 Setup Wizard

Setup cannot continue because this product disc is incompatible with the
service pack installed on this computer. To complete the installation of
Windows Server 2003 R2, you will need to insert the latest version of
Windows Server 2003 R2 Disc 2.

Hay que modificar el parametro del archivo \CMPNENTS\R2\R2INTL.INF
R2SPLevel = 1 a R2SPLevel = 2

Con esta modificacion dejara instalar sin problemas.
