problemas con AD

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Estimados le scuento mi problema a ver si a alguien les ha pasado:

Tengo un dominio con 3 controladores de dominio en diferentes sitios, por lo
que veo todos replican bien, al menos no encuentro errores en el visor de
sucesos.
Hace unos días instale uno de estos 3 controladores y lo promovi a principal
con los 5 roles, lo he promovido porque voy a despromover el principal porque
el hardware es muy viejo. Ahora me estan pasando un par de cosas curiosas,
para probar apague el antigui controlador principal y me empieza a suceder
que algunos usuarios de exchange server 2007 dejan de validar contrar
dominioo, lo raro es que solo les pasa a lagunos la mayoria puede seguir
trabajando normalmente, la otra prueba que hice es hacer consultas por
ejemplo de la cantidad de usuarios que contiene un grupo en particular y lo
raro es que me da resultados diferentes dependiendo de a que controlador de
dominio le haga la consulta, si se la hagao al nuevo me da menos usuarios.

No tendré algún problema en el AD, como puedo revisar la consistencia de las
bases de datos de todos los controladores de dominio a ver si son iguales, o
sea si contienen la misma información.

Mi miedo es que si despromuevo el que hasta hace poco era controlador
principal, que al parece tiene toda la información, despues me dejen de
validar usuarios o pierda información.

ok, gracias vamos a probar a ver que pasa, detecte un usuario que su aoutlook
no valida en el exchange pero si puede entrar por owa, por lo que vamos a
revisar la maquina del usuario a ver si el outlook tiene problemas.

etc... deberán tener como DNSs en su condfiguración la IP de este DC, y no
debe aparecer la del otro que quieres despromover; luego lo apagas y prueba
de nuevo; si te da el error que dices, revisa entonces los visores de
eventos para ver más información y ver por dónde pueden ir si no los tiros

El tema del loguin del exchange no tenia nada que ver el problema esta en la
pc dle usuario.

Igualmente leyendo encontre una herramienta que se llama dsastart.exe que
permite comparar el contenido de las bases de datos de todos los DC!!! la
primer comparacion que hice en principio da ok, salvo una pequeña diferencia,
pero estimo que esta todo replicado.

con el dsastat.exe encontre una diferencia que no se que significa!!! fijate

raro es que me da resultados diferentes dependiendo de a que controlador de
dominio le haga la consulta, si se la hagao al nuevo me da menos usuarios.

No tendré algún problema en el AD, como puedo revisar la consistencia de las
bases de datos de todos los controladores de dominio a ver si son iguales, o
sea si contienen la misma información.

Mi miedo es que si despromuevo el que hasta hace poco era controlador
principal, que al parece tiene toda la información, despues me dejen de
validar usuarios o pierda información.

Desde ya agradezco sus comentarios y perdon por extenderme tanto.
