Has utilizado "limpiadores" de registro como

regcleaner o similares?

Pues recupera de un punto de restauracion anterior a su uso. Esos limpiadores, aparte de que NO valen para nada y en XP no son necesarios en absoluto, lo que hacen es limpiar lo que no deben y dejan windows temblando.

La solucion: recuparar de un punto previo de restauracion.

Realiza el siguiente procedimiento:

Inicio - Ejecutar - cmd: regsvr32 /u hhctrl.ocx

y comentanos.

Pues lo que te comentan los compañeros, deberas recuperar un punto anterior
mediante la restauracion o ejecuta el script adjunto "fixwinxphelp".

NOTA: Si accedes via web no podras ver el adjunto, deberas entonces acceder
a las
news desde Outlook Express pulsando en el siguiente enlace:
