Problemas con la replicacion (SYSVOL)

Que tal.

Tengo 2 servidores, uno en 2k y el otro en 2k3, el servidor principal
es el 2k y el 2k3(Fileserver) lo agregue como controlador adicional,
estos 2 replican bien el directorio Activo y el DNS, pero obtengo
consantes errores uno de ellos es este.

El Servicio de replicación de archivos tiene problemas habilitando la
replicación desde \\servidor.XXXXX.local a FILESERVER para c:\windows
\sysvol\domain utilizando el nombre DNS \\servidor.XXXXXX.local. FRS
continuará reintentando.
A continuación observará algunas de las razones por las que aparecerá
esta advertencia.

[1] FRS no puede resolver correctamente el nombre DNS \
\servidor.XXXXXX.local desde este equipo.
[2] FRS no se está ejecutando en \\servidor.XXXXXXX.local.
[3] La información de topología de esta replicación en Active
Directory aún no ha sido replicada a todos los controladores de
dominio.

Este mensaje de registro de sucesos aparecerá una sola vez para cada
conexión. Una vez que se haya resuelto el problema volverá a ver otro
mensaje de registro de sucesos indicando que la conexión se ha
establecido.

y tambien tengo este otro error

Windows no puede enlazar con el dominio XXXXXX.local. (Error local).
Se ha anulado el proceso de Directiva de grupo.

y como para rematar :S

No se pudo registrar el nombre "DOMINIO :1d" en la interfaz con
dirección IP 192.168.3.3.(fileserver 2k3) El equipo con dirección IP
192.168.3.1(Servidor 2k) no admite el nombre presentado por este
equipo.

Les agradesco cualquier ayuda que me puedan dar.

El servidor 2K3 se llama "fileserver"??

el DCdiag y netdiag del DC con 2000, si lo puedes poner también mejor que
mejor.

Revisa a parte que no tengas un firewall o similar entre ambos
interfiriendo.
