Ok reinstalé las support tools y pude hacer el netdiag ahi va el resultado.

Solo estaba pausado el net logon, pero como esperamos reiniciar el servidor
este fin de semana supongo que iniciará, el resto están iniciados.
en servidor1 no da ningún fallo ni el netdiag ni en el dcdiag

pero por qué tenéis pausado el Netlogon?

Es imprescndible en un DC; ese servicio, ponerlo en automático y arrancarlo;
si no, hasya que no levante dicho servici, es imposible que los DCs
repliquen
