Publicar ClickOnce

Hola a todos, es mi primer programa en éste tema y al publicar aparentemente
no tengo problemas, accedo sin problemas al url
(http://servidor/HolaMundo/publish.htm) que instalará la aplicación en el
cliente, pero al dar click en el botón [Install] inicia con el proceso pero
aparece una ventana con el siguiente texto "Cannot start the Application" y
en los detalles del error tengo lo siguiente:

¿Podría alguien decirme que está pasando? De antemano gracias.
