reproductor de windows media

A mi me ocurre lo mismo desde hace algún tiempo, y creo que hay mas gente
con el mismo problema, pienso que se trata de un error de la pagina , a ver
si nos lo confirman.

He instalado la versión 9 y vuelve a adar el error.
El error consiste en que al arrancar el reproductor sale la pantalla del
reproductor normal, se abre en guía multimedia y da la siguiente:

Perdon se me envio el mensaje si ordenarselo yo. Yo no tengo ningun codec
instalado en mi ordenador de estos raros,es mas no tengo ninguno y me da el
mismo fallos,asi que algo tendra que ver MS no?¿

Me pasa a mi lo mismo,me da el mismo error estoy seguro que es un fallo de
MS,estoy de acuerdo que ciertos codec,no son precisamnete los mas
idoneos,pero MS tiene la culpa de estos fallos en el WMP.
