server inaccesible RRAS

Buenas. Tras habilitar RRAS en un sbs2003R2 se ha quedado "inaccesible"
desde la red local y desde internet , no responde a los ping, no se ven
los recursos compartidos, no responde al TS.
En la consola de RRAS nos aparece el "basic firewall" como disabled, y no
tenemos otro firewall ahora mismo activo. Si intento deshabilitar RRAS y
habilitar de nuevo ICS me muestra el siguiente error.

Como puedo dejar de nuevo accesible el server?

Deshabilitando el driver IP NAT y parando el servicio de routing ya es
accesible, no obstante al intentar iniciar ics me muestra el error que
adjunto.

prueba a parar el servicio RRAS y reinicia el de ICF/ICS

Network Address Translator.
4. Click the Driver tab, click Stop, and then click OK.
5. Restart the computer.
