A mi me gusta la opción de System Information, que muestra información gráfica del historial de memoria y uso del CPU de forma muy detallada; entre otra cuantas opciones más.

Solo una pregunta: ¿Cómo y para qué hay que configurar Symbols en dicho programa? A mi me aparece un mensaje al iniciarlo por primera vez en un S.O., pero no se su utilidad.

The Process Explorer display consists of two sub-windows. The top window always shows a list of the currently active processes, including the names of their owning accounts, whereas the information displayed in the bottom window depends on the mode that Process Explorer is in: if it is in handle mode you'll see the handles that the process selected in the top window has opened; if Process Explorer is in DLL mode you'll see the DLLs and memory-mapped files that the process has loaded. Process Explorer also has a powerful search capability that will quickly show you which processes have particular handles opened or DLLs loaded.
What's new in Version 8.60:

a.. Multi-row tabs on process properties dialog
b.. Image signing verification on process image properties dialog
c.. Mini-CPU usage graph on toolbar
d.. Command-line option for specifying Process Explorer priority
e.. Manual refresh (F5) forces recheck of job and .NET process status
