Telefonica ADSL

I have telefonica ADSL with wireless router (Zyxel Prestige 650HW-31).
Iam thinking of changing this to something else, can I use any router
and if so what settings would be required. Also does anyone know more
about this router ie: does it have a firewall built in.

A firewall is a firewall, and NAT is NAT. They don't have
anything to do with each other. That particular model *does* have a
firewall. It's not like I have ever used it (so don't ask me how to
manage it, because I don't know), but that is what the documentation
says:

"The Prestige 650HW has an integrated Statefull (sic)
Inspection Firewall, protecting your broadband connection with robust
security features."
