URGENTE - Agregar controlador de reserva

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hola a todos

Tengo un controlador de dominio Windows 2003 con Exchange 2003 en la misma
máquina y quiero instalar en otra máquina un controlador de reserva. Lo que
pasa es que al lanzar el dcpromo, me pide usuario, pongo el administrador
(que tiene control sobre todo) y llega un momento que me dice el siguiente
error:

"Error en la operación porque: El Asistente para la instalación de Active
Directory no puede convertir la cuenta de equipo pc$ en una cuenta de
controlador de dominio. "Acceso denegado".

Escribir el nombre de usuario y la contraseña de una cuenta con suficientes
privilegios para un controlador de dominio adicional para el dominio
mundo.es"

El usuario administrador puede unir máquinas correctamente al dominio, y he
revisado los permisos que tiene, y aún así no le veo nada raro. Me da miedo
que Murphy aparezca y casualidad se cargue el dominio, ¿alguien me puede
ayudar?

Al futuro DC, puedes al menos agregarlo al dominio como miembro?
A estas alturas probaste con reinstalar el server?

Vamos bien.
En realidad se me escapó un dedo, quise decir 4 carpetas.
Abre la consola de DNS del DC.
Luego selecciona en el panel izquierdo donde dice "Zonas de búsqueda
directa".
Cuantas carpetas se ven?
Se ve similar a la foto adjunta?

Si, lo puedo agregar perfectamente. Y si te refieres a reinstalar el
primer DC ni por asomo puedo reinstalar, y con el segundo he probado con una
máquina recién instalada y con una máquina virtual y el resultado es el
mismo.
Ya no se que más probar

Bueno Aitor, se complicó.

Vamos a tratar de resolverlo de una vez por todas.
Indica la configuración completa de TCP/IP del DC, del server adicional y
estaciones de trabajo.

Verifica si están presentes los roles FSMO:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324801

Verifica la ausencia de un firewall o en el DC o futuro DC.
El nuevo es un Server 2003 con SP1?
Pusiste en el Asistente de bienvenida FINALIZAR?

Estaciones de Trabajo: IP: 89.0.1.23
(Por ejemplo la mía) Mask: 255.255.0.0

He comprobado los roles FSMO y creo que están bien. Ninguno de los dos tiene
un firewall instalado. El antivirus que utilizamos es McAfee. El principal
tiene Exchange 2003 instalado y una herramieta antispam (GFI Mail Essentials
10). El futuro DC no tiene SP1, lo que me he dado cuenta es que el pricipal
es un Windows 2003 Standard y el futuro es un Enterprise, ¿tiene eso algo
que ver?. Y de lo de finalizar, pues realmente no me acuerdo.

Tan grande es tu red que utilizas dichas subnets?
Por otro lado la mascara si bien funciona, porque no utilizas 255.0.0.0?

Creería que el problema es de direccionamiento IP.

He comprobado los roles FSMO y creo que están bien. Ninguno de los dos
tiene
un firewall instalado. El antivirus que utilizamos es McAfee. El principal
tiene Exchange 2003 instalado y una herramieta antispam (GFI Mail
Essentials
10). El futuro DC no tiene SP1, lo que me he dado cuenta es que el
pricipal
es un Windows 2003 Standard y el futuro es un Enterprise, ¿tiene eso algo
que ver?. Y de lo de finalizar, pues realmente no me acuerdo.

Vamos a tratar de resolverlo de una vez por todas.
Indica la configuración completa de TCP/IP del DC, del server adicional y
estaciones de trabajo.

Verifica si están presentes los roles FSMO:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324801

Verifica la ausencia de un firewall o en el DC o futuro DC.
El nuevo es un Server 2003 con SP1?
Pusiste en el Asistente de bienvenida FINALIZAR?
